This website is operated by Mini Muscle Junk Removal, a locally owned and owner-operated junk removal service based in Ottawa, Ontario, owned by Georgi Enchev. We are a service-area business and do not publish a walk-in address. You can reach us at 613-255-7358 or minimusclej@gmail.com.

• Your name, phone number and (optionally) email address.
• Your postal code or neighbourhood, and details about access at the property.
• The service you need, your description of the items or work, and your preferred dates.
• Photos you choose to upload of the items or space to be cleared.
• Your privacy consent and your separate, optional marketing consent.
• Basic technical information such as pages viewed and referral or campaign parameters. Analytics and advertising information is only collected if you accept non-essential cookies.

We use your information to prepare and send your quote, ask follow-up questions, schedule and perform the work, and keep a record of the job. If you tick the optional marketing box, we may also send occasional offers and updates. Quote-request consent and marketing consent are kept separate — agreeing to one never signs you up for the other.

Photos are uploaded to a private storage location that is not publicly listed or linked. They are used to estimate your job and are not published, sold or shared for advertising. We will not use a photo of your home or belongings in marketing without asking you first.

Information is transmitted over HTTPS, stored in access-controlled systems, and photo storage is private by default. Access is limited to the owner-operator and the systems needed to run the business. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we keep only what we need.

Quote requests and photos are normally kept for up to 24 months so we can answer follow-up questions and keep basic business records, then deleted. Records that must be kept for tax or legal purposes are retained for the period the law requires. You can ask us to delete your information sooner.

We may disclose information if required by law, a court order, a lawful request from a public authority, or where necessary to establish or defend a legal claim.

You can ask us for access to the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can withdraw marketing consent at any time by replying "unsubscribe" or contacting us. You can change your cookie choice at any time by clearing this site's stored data in your browser, which will show the consent banner again.

Essential cookies and local storage are used to make the site work and to remember your consent choice. Analytics and advertising technologies only load if you press Accept on the consent banner. Choosing Reject keeps them switched off.
