Booking & scheduling
How fast can you come?+
Most jobs booked before noon are completed the same day. Otherwise, next-day service is standard across the Ottawa region.
Do I need to be home?+
Not always. As long as the items are accessible and we can confirm the scope by photo or video, we can complete many jobs unattended.
Do you offer arrival windows?+
Yes — we book two-hour arrival windows and call 30 minutes before we arrive.
Pricing & payment
How is pricing calculated?+
By volume — the amount of space your items take up in our van. Every quote is upfront, in writing, and confirmed before we lift a finger.
Are there hidden fees?+
Never. Your quote includes labour, hauling, disposal fees and cleanup. No surprises at the end.
How can I pay?+
We accept credit and debit cards, e-transfer and cash. Payment is due after the job is complete and you're happy with the work.
What we take
What do you take?+
Almost anything non-hazardous — furniture, appliances, electronics, mattresses, construction debris, yard waste and full-property cleanouts.
What can't you take?+
We can't handle hazardous materials such as paint, oil, chemicals, asbestos or medical waste. We're happy to point you to the right disposal channel.
Do you recycle?+
Absolutely. We divert 85%+ of every load — donations, metal recycling, e-waste and composting, before anything goes to landfill.

Are you insured?+
Yes — Mini Muscle is fully insured, and every crew member is background-checked, uniformed and trained.
Will you damage my home?+
We use floor runners, blanket wrap, and railings guards on every job. Our team is trained specifically to move heavy items through tight Ottawa homes.
